The making of She's Got Baggage...The mess behind the magic.

We decided to start a podcast, but neglected to realise the reality that neither of us have any hard skills in recording, editing or anything of any practical value. Powered by dark beer and delusion, we carried on hoping that we would somehow absorb the knowledge like photosynthesis. We have had many roadblocks along the way, which seems to be a theme in our journey.

We are a work in progress, and it is quite the process. We have had a few wins recently and things are starting to take some sort of a shape, albeit it is an abstract shape, the kind only a mother could love.

Here is a visual representation of us recording on our first day. Apprehension is painted across our faces as we balance a small wireless mic that is affixed by rubber band to a smartphone tripod on top of a pizza box. We hope you also appreciate the attempt at soundproofing through a shoddy pillow fort.

It can only go up from here, right?

We have ordered a better mic, so let's hope our skill grows as we do.
